LEED AP with experience in design specifications and construction of LEED-H certified homes. Received LEED-H Platinum Certification for a project in Hillsdale, NJ. This project received 95 points with a HERS index rating of 21. It included SIP Panel construction, a 5.2kW solar array, geothermal HVAC, rainwater catchment and reuse, recovered antique heart pine cabinetry, and followed the Energy Star Indoor Air package specifications. Currently, Emerald Dream Builders is working on design and specifications for custom home projects throughout New England.
