Richard is a near native Tucsonan, a registered architect in California and Arizona, US Green Building Council LEED accredited professional and a LEED for Homes Green Rater. He has over 13 years experience with green building. He initiated and oversaw the design and construction of the first LEED building in Arizona during his tenure as Director of Facilities Planning for Pima Community College. Rich also has experience as the project architect for LEED registered buildings, including a Gold certified fire station. Currently, he is the Green Building Program Manager for Pima County Development Services and oversees the Regional Green Building Program and the LEED for Homes Program.
