Matthew McCullough
Partner / Business Development

Matthew McCullough began his career with 6FigureJobs.com upon graduating from Lehigh University with a degree in business in 1999. 6Figure Jobs. com was founded during the dot/com era and was one of the first and most successful services offering online job search resources and content for executives who earned $100K+. As employee number three, Matthew started in sales.

The firm experienced quick and dramatic growth and Matthew's role expanded with that growth. He moved from sales/marketing roles into General Management. He helped to develop the company's "go-to market strategy," built new revenue streams and recruited and managed teams to deliver against those goals. He was part of the integration team when the company was subsequently acquired.

Born with an entrepreneurial spirit, Matthew took the lessons he learned from 6FigureJobs.com and launched MTM Renovations & Construction, LLC in 2003. With his brother Adam, they began renovating and building "green" single family homes in Fairfield County, Connecticut. This led them to look for more energy efficient products that were friendly to the environment, as well as economically viable for their customers. Discovering soy-based insulation products that met their needs, they launched another business, The Green Insulations Company, LLC. Starting in the residential sector, their business expanded into the commercial arena. They partner with architectural firms and major construction companies such as Turner Construction and Whiting-Turner Construction on projects such as municipal buildings, schools, hospitals and office buildings.

In 2010, Matthew saw an opportunity to further expand the green business into the renewable energy sector and partnered with Solaire Development as a Business Development Consultant. Solaire Development installs fully operational solar photovoltaic systems on large commercial buildings. Matthew quickly became well versed in the engineering, government regulations and financial aspects of these deals. Several deals totaling over 20 Megawatts are currently under contract and scheduled to close before the end of the year.

Today, Matthew is taking his knowledge, experience and passion for eco-friendly products to start Eco Resources and Development Group. The goal is to establish a single place where commercial property owners and construction companies can turn to develop a complete "Green" building plan and achieve maximum LEED status while saving money and lowering power consumption.
