I was the Project Architect and LEED Certification Manager for the first LEED Silver Certified project in the state of Virginia in 2003. After moving to Tennessee that same year I began LEED consulting work on the side while working for, and training a local firm in green building principles. In 2005 I took a job as a Project Architect and LEED Certification Manager for a $125 million project in Oak Ridge, TN through another local firm. Upon completing that project, it was the 8th project in Tennessee awarded a LEED Certification in 2008.
Over the past decade I have provided consulting services to clients from Minnesota to Mexico. I was a part of the team that produced the 3rd LEED-CI project in the state of TN. I consulted on the first 77 units single family home development in the state of TN to pursue LEED for Homes certification.
Currently, we are designing and/or consulting on nearly a dozen LEED residential projects, two of which are pursuing LEED Platinum Certification. We also have nearly a dozen LEED commercial projects currently on the drawing boards pursuing every level of LEED Certification.
We provide educational seminars and have spoken at dozens of events annually since 2002. We offer both pro-bono educational seminars as well as fee based engagements. We have provided professional LEED education training and services for a $1 billion project in East Tennessee, and have trained national sales teams from several multi-million dollar companies.

My personal and professional goal is to leave this world a better place through the opportunities that present themselves to me personally and professionally.
