It's exciting when homeowners choose energy efficient upgrades and features to minimize their expenses & reduce their carbon footprint. This year I'm proud to have assisted a home buyer choose a SheaXero home in Trilogy at Vistancia. They chose to spend the extra $10,000 to have a 20 year guarantee with no electric bill!

Created the event, The Value of Green (2/24/12), showcasing the Green & Energy Efficient Addendum by the Appraisal Institute, with a 4 person panel discussion on how to appraise homes with green features. It's the first of it's kind event in Arizona.

This is my 3rd year as a volunteer with the U.S. Green Building Council, Residential Green Building Committee. We're making great strides in public awareness of green homes!
