I advise home buyers and sellers on making green improvements, large and small, to make their homes more energy efficient, enabling them to save money over the long run. I would like to create a committee to start an annual green expo in Redlands, CA, as there isn't one within an hour of our area, and I believe we have the location, demographics and interest to make it successful.
