Having studied both at UCLA and Art Center College of Design, Reed has a trained eye for design & architecture which compliments his background in business. As a LEED AP and a NY Certified Construction Project Manager, Reed possesses a skill set which sets him apart from his peers and makes him invaluable to his clients.

Reed also owns his own design / build company which has bought, renovated and sold numerous properties in NY and CA over the past decade. He prides himself on being an authority on downtown real estate, particulary for clients dealing in SoHo, TriBeCa and the West Village. While in Los Angeles, Reed focuses primarily on Venice Beach.

Outside of NYC and LA, Reed specializes in high-end vacation rentals, primarily in Nantucket, St. Barts and the Napa Valley.
