I am a Certified Eco Broker with a Bachelors of Science from UCI. I work with buyers and sellers of residential property concerned with Sustainable Living. I am coordinating a Longmont City Educational Outreach to teach homeowners The What, How, Why and How(subsidized funding) of GREEN RETROFITTING. This is in coordination with BGBG(Boulder Green Builders Guild) and CRC(Center for Resource Conservation) I am currently on the project Casa Esperanza which is trying to acheive LEED Gold Certification.
