Building Science is our passion. Understanding that a building or home is a system is an important concept that we have mastered over the years.

Indoor Air Quality is our personal favorite. So many of our competition are marketing and talking about how they are Green, when in fact very little attention has been given to the HVAC system and the indoor air filtration system. My family will not live in a building without proper ventilation and filtration and I guide my clients the same way.

For more than 12 years, Michael McMillan has been managing the construction of multi-milliondollar homes for several of Charlotte’s premier home builders. He focused his efforts on providing both quality construction and quality work, and he’s got numerous industry awards to prove it. McMillan is now leveraging the same best practices by focusing his efforts toward helping existing homeowners through his new firm, McMillan Construction Management - (MCM).

MCM is a full-service firm created to help homeowners with renovations and repairs with a focus on creating a healthy home environment.
