Andrea is the owner and Managing Partner of Everyday Green, a residential green building verification and consulting firm in Washington, DC. She formed Everyday Green in 2008 to help residential professionals and homeowners realize that building green homes is not only achievable but also personally and professionally rewarding.

Andrea is a LEED for Homes Accredited Professional and NAHB Green Verifier. She is an expert on the LEED Homes process and requirements and is currently working on over 400 LEED Homes custom and multi-family units throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Andrea gained her in-depth understanding of green building working at both Southface Energy Institute in Atlanta, GA and at the U.S. Green Building Council in Washington, DC supporting the development of the LEED for Homes, Commercial Interiors and Existing Buildings rating systems. She has served as an exam writer and course reviewer for LEED Homes accreditation and educational tracks.

Andrea holds a Business degree in Marketing and Environmental Studies from the George Washington University.
