Managing Director, Gayle Johnson, is a LEED AP and Class A contractor in the state of Virginia, with BLD, AES & ENV specialties. First project in 1981 in Seattle Washington was a passive solar two story addition to a 1920s bungalow. She loves to remodel older homes, restoring and reusing trim and architectural features and retaining the historic character. Favorite historic remodel was the gut rehab of a 1955 house inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright. Most recent project was adding a third floor with roof top deck to give the owner’s an ocean view.
