Our “Whole Home Performance Check Up” is more than the average energy audit by combining building science and modern detection devices to evaluate the energy efficiency of your home. Our detailed report addresses your concerns and prioritizes the recommended retrofits. We are licensed and certified to make all the remediation’s saving you 20% to 50% off your energy bills, all while making your home energy efficient, healthier, and more comfortable.
Our comprehensive home energy audits are performance based tests including: building envelope and duct leakage tests, thermal imaging, and combustion appliance zone testing and many more. Our retrofits include: insulation, duct sealing and replacement, lighting retrofits, crawl space and building envelope air sealing, day lighting, drought tolerant landscaping, water management, whole house fans/air filtration, hot water systems, pipe insulation, heating and cooling systems, window/appliance replacement and solar energy.
We are a Building Performance Institute (BPI) certified building analyst (ID # CAN09313) and certified though California Home Energy Efficiency Rating Services (CHEERS) as an existing home rater (ID # CCN82918240) and a verified contractor with the California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) and with the Home Performance with Energy Star Program that all have a third party verification process assuring quality workmanship. All of our employees have gone through a through background check. We take the utmost care when testing your home by using drop clothes for your floors and we wear scrubs & shoe covers.
