Our mission during a remodeling project is to get the client to look at long term cost of a job. If we can get them to upgrade to a "green" product that will lower their cost of living, er strongly promote that. Our big thing is to get all the other easy items aroung the home done, exp. working on the kitchen but the basements rims joist need insulation, we try to get this included in the project.
