Ecohabitat is a development and construction services firm which specializes in greenfield, infill and redevelopment of residential and, primarily, multifamily homes. While our background began in the management of commercial projects such as food & consumer product processing plants, distribution centers and various CAP ex events, we have chosen to focus on super or high energy saving residential homes. We are avid and evangelical supporters of structural insulated panels which can reduce energy costs by as much as 75%.
We fully support and are members of USGBC and have had the pleasure of working with the NAHB Green Building program being one of 13 builders selected to review, audit and beta test the green building website and verification process and procedures.
