Helping clients understand what makes a property green, evaluating the cost/benefits of green building features and practices, and distinguishing between industry rating and classification systems. I work on listing and marketing green homes and buildings, while also discussing the financial grants and incentives available to homeowners, and helping consumers see a property’s green potential.
Experience
18 hours of coursework through the National Association of REALTORS and currently adding green features to my personal home.

I am a National Association of REALTORs Green designee.
