Experience
I was working on a project in Costa Rica as a eco- development or possible wind farm. I am also involved with several eco developments in Costa Rica and Mexico. I work with various green home builders in San Antonio, TX. I am also an exclusive marketing partner for one of the largest solar panel manufacturers in the world and the exclusive provider for Habitat for Humanity. I am working on a project to put solar on a restaurant and other businesses in San Antonio. I want to bring this solar company to California, Central America and Mexico and green the world with solar panels what can I say? I educate my clients about green homes and the benefits of owning one. I take buyers to green homes and builders. It is always interesting to see what new green building products they are using.
Qualifications
As an NAR Green Designee I have received 18 hours of green education designed specifically for real estate agents by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), and a panel of subject matter experts including representatives from the EPA, LEED APs, and other green industry professionals.I am also a current member of the NAR Green REsource Council.
I have been green a long time and have seen this need for a green lifestyle for the past 20 years. Working in Mexico real estate consulting I went to projects 10 years ago in the jungles of Mexico that were exciting green developments. Since then I have been involved in other green developments in Costa Rica. I have a dream of doing my own green developments someday.
