Services
We are a LEED for Homes Provider and assist home builders, whether an individual or company, with the LEED for Homes process including preliminary ratings, LEED charrettes, documentation review and field verification.
Experience
Our manager, Rich Franz-Under was the driving force behind the construction of the first LEED certified building in Arizona. We are working on custom homes, production subdivisions and assisted living facilities. We are responsible for over 500 LEED for Homes registered units. We have certifed all levels of LEED including Platinum.
Qualifications
Rich Franz-Ünder is a registered architect in Arizona and California, he is a LEED AP and a LEED for Homes Green Rater. In addition, we have one LEED Green Rater and six LEED APs on staff. We also have idependent green raters through out the region that work with us. All of our staff has been trained by the International Code Council in building safefy.
We also manage the Regional Residential Green Building Program for certification of projects within Pima County and collaborate with other jurisdictions such as the City of Tucson on the management of the Regional certification program.
