HERA was founded in 2008 and is currently consulting on sustainability programs, planning and interior design. We are working with Mills College and consulting on the graduate school for business - green interior furnishings.

Our work is primarily in the college and campus environment although I am also a planning commissioner for the City of Lafayette and currently working on a new downtown strategic plan that incorporates LEED into the ordinances. I launched a very successful sustainability program for Mills college that included composting, recycle, green building and policies to reduce use of resources. I have lead several LEED building projects including the new platinum science building at Mills College. All information can be found on our website.
I am a LEED AP for NC v2.2 and one of my associates, Marsha Engle, is a LEED AP for CI.
