Kelly McArdle Construction is a full service general contractor that performs remodeling and new construction. They have completed several homes that have been green certified - Earthcraft House, LEED for Homes and the NAHB National Green Building Standrd. The KMC Green Team is a division that performs home energy and safety audits as well as wetherization retrofits. They have certified BPI Building Analysts on staff (Building Performace Institute www.bpi.org) and follow the house as a system concept in their audits. They have recently completed one of the first LEED-H Platinum certifications in the state of North Carolina as well as one of the first Emerald Certification to the National Green Building Standard.
