I’m Hallie Bowie, founder of New Leaf Home Design, specializing in residential additions and renovations, as well as new home design using Green Building principles.

I enjoy working with clients to bring new vitality to their homes, making them more livable and more beautiful. My philosophy is that the quality of design and materials in a house are ultimately more important than lots of square footage: the “Not So Big House”* idea. I strive to use your home’s existing spaces as well as possible, and add just enough new area to accomplish your goals. Or if you are building new, I use design strategies to create a home that feels expansive and generous while using fewer square feet. Using three dimensional CAD software, I'll create a virtual model that will allow you to see what your home will look like inside and out long before construction begins.
