Services

We have been offering custom sustainable residential design for over 20 years. We designed the first LEED Platinum certified home in Texas, which was also the third in the US to have that distinction. Currently three of our homes are currently pursuing LEED for Homes certification at the Gold level or higher.

Experience

All of our projects are sustainably designed and we also offer LEED consulting services. We have achieved several Gold and Silver level LEED certifications for projects.

Qualifications

Mr. Olp is a LEED AP (BD+C) and has been involved with the LEED Rating System since its inception. He is pursuing the LEED for Homes specialty designation as well. Ms. Jenny Rilling is also a LEED AP (BD+C) and has been working on LEED project certifications with GGOArchitects for the past 3 years.

We have completed over 30 green home projects. One of our key projects is the Wilhelm Residence, which features passive solar design, a living roof, sustainable materials, and is expected to achieve LEED Platinum level certification.
Our first green home project was completed in 1987. We have one LEED AP currently on staff with more expected to become accredited. All of our staff members are familiar with the principles of sustainable design and energy conservation.
Our firm is a member of the USGBC as well as a the USGBC North TX chapter. Our principal architect is a board member of the North TX Chapter and the Dallas Urban Forestry Advisory Committee.
