Alert Residential Inspection provides energy audits for EIM's, EEM's, Energy Star Verification and local utility company rebates. Mr. Hackney is a Texas Real Estate Commission Professional Inspector, RESNET HERS Rater, BPI Building Analyst and a LEED AP. He is a US Navy veteran and holds a Master's degree in Project Management.

Mr. Hackney has completed all necessary training for becoming a LEED for Homes Green Rater.
