Camp was recently was recognized for her dedication to sustainability within the real estate community with the National Association of Realtors® Green REsource Council's EverGreen Award and Keep Arizona Beautiful Environmental Stewardship Award. She has served as Arizona's State Advocate for the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) Residential Green Building Committee since 2009 and in 2012 will be welcomed onto the USGBC Arizona Central Branch Board. Camp also is on the Board of the Arizona Association of Realtors® Young Professionals Network (YPN).
Camp graduated from Arizona State University with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Business and Communication in 2005, and with a Master's degree from the University of Phoenix in Education in 2008. Before becoming a real estate agent in 2008 she was an educator and is now using her teaching background to teach other Realtors® in a 3 hour CE course she authored called, "Speaking Green in the Residential Marketplace". She holds the 203K Specialist accreditation and is currently studying to take the LEED-AP Homes Exam this winter and is working toward her credentials to teach the GREEN designation course through REBAC and the Phoenix Association of Realtors®.
Some of her volunteer work includes consulting at the Phoenix Children's Museum and participating in the Support Our Schools Advocacy Committee. She has hosted green home tours, organized multiple green education opportunities, and frequently is featured as a public speaker at sustainability events around the Valley.
In her free time, Camp plays competitive co-ed 4 on 4 sand volleyball and has every week since moving from Chicago almost 10 years ago. She resides in the Royal Palm neighborhood in N. Central Phoenix with her husband, a Phoenix attorney, and 2 year-old son.
