O'Connor Consulting was started 7 years ago and is the culmination of 30 years of experience in the new home building industry. I specialize in sales and marketing and green building consulting. I am also working with the East Bay Exploratory Committee to establish a USGBC Branch in the SF Bay Area East Bay. After 32 years in the homebuilding business, I launched my own business, O'Connor Consulting. I specialize in sales and marketing and green building and retrofitting. As Chairwoman of the HomeBuilders Association, I successfully partnered with Build it Green as the platform for green building standards for new homes. I am working with a Bay Area County in launching an Energy Independence Program for the funding of energy improvements for existing homes and businesses. I am studying to become a LEED-AP.
