Ed Koslin and Fran Weintraub began research to convert 3.26 acres in Olivette, MO into a green neighborhood in 2005. With the help of design architect Steve Anton, AIA and consultation with Tim Montgomery, AIA, we have presented our design to the Olivette Architecture Planning Commission. They are very supportive of our plan.
