We are a full service residential remodeling company. The business was started by owner Bob Rosenberg in 1977. We provide custom residential remodeling, with superior craftsmanship, constant communication, impeccable attention to detail and complete satisfaction of all aspects of the remodeling project.

We have completed about 3-4 green home projects. We try to do several green aspects on every job. A key project included formaldehyde free insulation, wood floors, concrete countertops, and low VOC paints. This project was completed in 2005. Owner Bob Rosenberg is a Certified Green Building Professional. We are affiliated with Bay Area Build It Green.
