Sustainability
William Olsen passion for fine furniture is matched only by his love of nature. Eco-friendly practices are therefore incorporated wherever possible.
For instance, he often ‘rescues’ leftover wood from logging coupes. He chooses native timbers, such as cherry, oak and maple, rather than exotic or endangered species. And he applies natural finishes and oils to his handiwork.
In William’s Olsen view, furniture craftsmanship and environmental stewardship go hand-in-hand.
