We have the only GREEN Designee in the Tri-Cities- Heather McLaughlin, REALTOR GREEN. She, as well as all our agents, are dedicated to providing buyers and sellers, both residential and commercial, the best possible service. We recognize that the green movement is important to all and are striving to learn and keep up with the most up-to-date information available.
Experience
Our agent Heather McLaughlin is the only REALTOR in the area with NAR's Green Designation and she is currently working towards greening the MLS. Our Commercial Dept. was instrumental in bringing in the developers of the East End Project to downtown Midland. Those developers are targeting a LEED Silver rating from the U.S. Green Building Council for the project.
