I help buyers understand the difference and what to look for in a green home, point them towards considering an EEM(energy efficient mortgage), host educational neighborhood events together with Energy Upgrade California to inform the public about utility/state rebates and incentives, give radio interviews on the subject and regularly participate in monthly Green Building meetings and networking events.
