We believe that the investment in training always pays for itself. We have a geothermal specialist that also has experience with thermal solar to provide solutions for our customers that want to take the step into renewable energy solutions. We have also incorporated a division that performs energy modeling and audits for our customers so that our solutions can be "holistic" and not just focused on selling boxes

I think that I shared this in my previous entry, but to elaborate, we feel as an organization that the future of contracting is "holistic problem solving", and the reason that our industry has a "bad rap" is because the products that we provide (comfort) cannot simply be solved by selling high efficiency equipment. The key to regaining customer confidence in HVAC contractors is by raising the bar in the way we approach listening to our clients real concerns. We also believe that this doesn't stop at testing and selling, the real solution will have to incorporate a follow up system that should include items like data loggers. Especially for clients that invest significant finances in a belief that green is good. It is our responsibility to the industry to cut the path that will make this a justifiable and common approach to comfort solutions for not only our "high end" clients but our average family that owns a home. To summarize, we know that there is work to be done to win hearts and minds for the cause of sustainability, and that means we will have to work harder and more competitively than others, but this how we pioneer change.
