At Sage Craftsmen, we preserve, restore, and improve older and historic homes, their efficiency, communities they form and the ecology around them. All our projects include energy efficiency assessments and recommendations; considerations of character and intent of the home; seek to use natural elements such as day lighting, shading, natural ventilation, and landscaping to improve comfort and efficiency; product recommendations and construction materials that are sustainable and maintain healthy environments; and careful reclamation, reuse and recycling of building components and construction materials.
