CORE10 was founded in 1990 and focuses on Mixed Use urban residential projects. We strive to balance modern design with traditional materials in new ways - ways that provide new levels of energy efficiency and ecological sensitivity. CORE10 has completed the first condominium project in Clayton attempting LEED certification. We are also currently working with residential and commercial clients on LEED, Energy Star, Green Globes, and NAHB Green Homes designs. We have two LEED accredited architects on staff - one specializing in shell design and one focusing on interior design. We excel in helping clients optimize energy strategies with the latest digital modeling and simulation tools.
