Owner Christin Kappel, LEED AP Homes, uses years of experience in green design and consulting, to assist and facilitate owners, developers, and builders to build smarter by building green. Consulting services include design review, suggestions, rehab ideas, product selection as well as full documentation management and training to use any third party rating system, most commonly LEED for Homes and NAHB Green Buidling Standard.
