Project management on LEED-certified and other sustainable and energy-efficient building projects featuring drought-tolerant plantings, electric car charging stations, water-efficient landscaping, high-efficiency HVAC equipment, optimized building management systems, habitat relocation, and urban landfill redevelopment (waste relocation, methane mitigation, and differential settlement).
Qualifications
Wanda Lowrey is a Senior Faculty member at the Environmental Institute of America and is also a member of Build It Green, the California Association of Building Energy Consultants, and the U.S. Green Building Council--San Diego Chapter.
In addition to her B.A. Architectural studies and B.S. Construction Management degrees from the University of Washington in Seattle, Wanda currently holds several accreditations, including LEED AP, California Energy Plans Examiner, HERS Rater, GreenPoint Rater, Certified Green Building Professional, and Certified Sustainable Building Advisor.
