We provide our customers with a FREE whole house energy efficiency audit and detailed recommendations based on our findings. Our lead energy auditors (Scott Collins, Mike Zande, and Charley Casey) have a combined experience of over 40 years in residential and commercial structures. Scott Collins has over 15 years experience in energy audits and energy efficiency upgrades for residential and commercial construction. He holds a BS in Civil / Environmental Engineering and his certification includes BPI Analyst / BPI Envelope Specialist, Advanced Building Science, Certified Indoor Environmentalist, Certified Mold Technician, FEMA Disaster Inspector, and NC General Contractor.
Mike Zande has over 10 years experience in energy audits and energy efficiency upgrades for residential and commercial construction. He holds a license for NC Insulation Contractor.
Charley Casey has over 17 years experience in energy audits and energy efficiency upgrades for residential and commercial construction. He holds certification in BPI Analyst / BPI Envelope Specialist, HERS rating, and a trainer in both BPI and HERS classes.

Laura Zande (President) was formerly with the Nature Conservancy and has years of environmental stewardship. Scott Collins first became involved in the industry back in 1990 as part of the 20th Anniversary of Earth Day. He went on to receive various awards and accolades for his environmental involvement (Humanitarian Award, Environmental Hero, Service Awards, etc.).
