Both Dottie and John Cordwell have taken the training from the National Assoc. of Realtors and become GREEN certified. Dottie is a Real Estate Broker, Accredited Buyer Representative, Short Sales and Foreclosure Recource Certified and Certified Default Resolution Specialist.
Buyers purchasing homes, especially Short Sales and Foreclosures can look to us for advise on GREEN ideas when remodeling or restoring their new home. We help them research the best products and ways to save money on energy costs. We advise them to recycle as much of the materials as possible.
Experience
Being a REALTOR, we do not build homes. We do show Energy Star homes and a few Leed homes that are in the area.
Qualifications
Dottie and John Cordwell are GREEN Certified by the National Association of Realtors. This was an extensive two and one half day course with tests each day.
We care very much about our environment. Energy costs are going up each day and the US can not afford to depend on other countries for our energy sources. We must do as much as we can to reduce the amount of energy we use. We must recycle products. Our future generations are at risk.
