Architectural Energy Corporation has been a USGBC-approved LEED for Homes Provider since 2007, providing sustainable design assistance and building energy analysis for the residential mid-rise multi-family market. Current projects seeking certification in the LEED for Homes pilot for mid-rise multi-family buildings include public housing and student housing/dormitory projects, as well as apartment, condominium, townhome and mixed-use projects for private sector builders, developers and investors.
