Services
GreenWave provides highly efficient, water conserving irrigation designs and management for outdoor irrigation systems. We use weather-based Smart Irrigation Controllers which water only when the landscape needs to be watered. We install Rain Sensors on all our controllers so that sprinklers do not run while it is raining. We upgrade, update and retrofit existing and aging irrigation systems with the latest "smart" irrigation products and technologies. We provide significant savings to our clients of both water and money and we conduct irrigation water audits to determine problem areas and solutions. We also incorporate rain water harvesting into our designs, capturing water on properties for use in irrigating the property.
Experience
We have saved property owners 1000's of gallons of water by simply adding a Rain Sensor to an existing irrigation system. We have installed numerous smart irrigation controllers on projects which have resulted in 1000's of gallons saved and dollars saved. We have worked on "Smart Homes" providing weather-based controllers and rain water harvesting solutions.
Qualifications
GreenWave Associates and its principals, John Sullivan and Wes Maxwell, are EPA WaterSense Partners, as well as Irrigation Association Certified Water Conservation Managers, Irrigation Contractors and Landscape Irrigation Auditors. We are NC Licensed Irrigation Contractors, both corporately and individually.
