CA/ds provides architectural design services for projects ranging from complex mixed-use neighborhood developments to single family residential. We also provide home sustainability assessments and payback models to help determine cost-effective energy efficiency strategies.

The firm principal and design team members are LEED Accredited Professionals embracing sustainability, green technology and energy conserving solutions. Their work has received more than eighteen national design awards, twenty local design awards, and twenty-five awards for preservation and restoration projects. Qualifications
Design team leaders Chuck Cook, Firm Principal, and Ryan Faist, Project Manager, both hold accreditations from the U.S. Green Building Council as LEED Accredited Professionals. They both have experience in implementing the LEED-NC and LEED for Homes Rating Systems, and are well versed in the ICC 700-2008 National Green Building Standard and the Energy Star Home programs.
