Long Island Green Homes is the first operational energy-efficiency PACE program in the nation. We have been retro-fitting homes since the fall of 2008 and continue to enable homeowners to reduce their energy consumption as much as 50% without the burden of up-front cost.
Experience
I am the director of the Long Island Green Homes program and over see all day to day operations.
Qualifications
Our staff is BPI certified. I am currently studying to take my LEED GA exam, with the goal of becoming a LEED for homes accredited professional.
Our goal is to retrofit 20% of our housing stock in Babylon over the next decade.
