Bay Area Berkeley Properties was founded in 2004 and incorporated in 2006. We are currently one Broker and one Broker Associate with offices in Marin County and Alameda County, plus six agents. Our office has been known to close nine transactions successfully in one week, with a staff of two, so we stay very busy. Bay Area Berkeley Properties is working on our first green home in Berkeley, California. We are beginning the energy rating process, then the home will be completely remodeled according to green standards and rated accordingly. Broker Jerri Curry is a member of EcoBroker International. She is also a member of Sierra Club and was on its Executive Committee in Solano County, California, for several years.
