Bryan McCloskey is a licensed architect in the state of Florida and has a private practice in St. Augustine Beach Florida. He is a LEED Green Associate and is pursuing LEED AP status. He designed the first Certified Green Home in St. Johns County through the Florida Green Building Coalition, Inc. As a pro-bono project this affordable housing neighborhood comprised of 32 single family homes was constructed to meet this designation. Bryan is currently working on a county affordable housing community that will utilize the latest green energy practices and technologies for 77 homes to be constructed for working families. Custom single family residential projects comprise the majority of Bryans work in addition to historic renovations and light commercial projects.
