Integral Impact’s team of credentialed green building professionals, energy consultants and sustainability strategists has 50+ years of collective experience integrating environmental responsibility and energy efficiency measures into business and built environments. Our team’s expertise includes Passivhaus Consulting, Building Science, Energy Auditng and Zero Net Energy, as well as green building rating systems such as the Living Building Challenge, LEED, LEED for Homes, GreenPoint Rated, and Energy Star.

Integral Impact's principal, Prudence Ferreira serves as the President of the USGBC Redwood Empire Chapter, President of Passive House CA. Her credentials include LEED AP, Certified Passivhaus Consultant, LEED for Homes Rater, GreenPoint Rater, National Sustainable Building Advisor, BPI-trained Building Performance Analyst, Title 24 Energy Plans Examiner, HERS and PV Rater, and Permaculture Designer. With a decade in the sustainable development and natural products industries, Ms Ferreira possesses strong core competencies in project management, environmental benchmarking of products, facilities, and corporations, stakeholder education, program development and organizational change management.
