B + O has been involved with projects which have received Lower Cape Fear Stewardship Development Awards the last five years, both in single-family and larger developments. Both partners have been active in the local Cape Fear Green Building Alliance & professional organizations (AIA + ASLA). The firm has worked on a couple of LEED projects, as well as EnergyStar & NC Healthy Built Home.
Qualifications
Scott Ogden AIA/LEED AP has professional degrees from the University of Cincinnati (B. Arch) & Harvard University (M.Arch). Lara Berkley has a biology degree from Vanderbilt as well as her professional degree (MLA) from Harvards University's GSD. Both partners are licensed in NC and other states, and Scott has NCARB certification. The firm belongs to USGBC & CFGBA.
