Philip Proefrock is a LEED AP BD+C. He has served as a study group facilitator for several LEED NC and LEED GA study groups with the Detroit Regional Chapter of USGBC and many of his former students are now LEED APs and LEED GAs.

Philip Proefrock is a registered architect in Michigan and Ohio and is a LEED BD+C Accredited Professional.
Philip was a key member of the team for the award-winning Malletts Creek Branch Library, and has been involved with a number of other high-profile projects in the region.
He has worked on residential projects ranging from simple additions to builder spec homes to custom residences, as well as several condominium and townhouse projects in Michigan and Illinois.
Philip has been a facilitator for several LEED study groups with the USGBC Detroit Regional Chapter. He is also a contributing writer for EcoGeek.org, JetsonGreen.com, Greenovation.tv, and Inhabitat.com. He has also been a visiting critic and a studio instructor at Lawrence Technological University where he taught the sustainability studio.
Philip has been a consultant for the EPA in evaluating green building materials and systems. He was a member of the organizing committee for the Remodel Green Midwest conferences in 2007 and 2008.
