Margie McNally, LEED AP is president of Interior Elements, located in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts. She is an interior designer and environmental consultant specializing in sustainable design, green building materials and energy efficient lighting.
Her approach to interior design is a relationship between sustainability, good indoor environmental quality and health. The application is both novel and necessary in this age of green building, wellness and consumer awareness.
Margie has an associate’s degree in interior design and is licensed with NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) in the state of Massachusetts for the practice of interior design. She also is a USGBC (United States Green Building Council) LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy Efficiency and Environmental design). She has also earned the ALA, Associate designation (American Lighting Association). She has more than15 years of experience in the field.
In an effort to assist her clients in the selection of healthful materials and furnishings for their homes and offices, Margie works as a consultant as well as a workshop coordinator. Materials selection, specification review and energy efficient lighting design are services she offers. Indoor air quality, healthier alternatives in building materials and design methods are subjects that her workshops explore.
Over the years, Margie has attended numerous workshops and seminars on topics such as healthy home building, indoor air quality, lighting design and green building practices. She collaborates with field related professionals in order to maximize resources for her clients.
