EarthCraft is a LEED for Home Provider, WaterSense Provider, and manages the EarthCraft House program in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and West Virginia.
Experience
We have certified over 650 single family new construction houses, 2600 multi-family units, and 30 single family renovation projects. Projects have ranged from small Habitat for Humanity houses to 400+ unit multi-family projects.
EarthCraft Virginia provides a certification process for single family and multifamily projects. It serves as a blueprint for healthy, comfortable homes that reduces utility bills and protects the environment.
