The mission of c squared ARCHITECTS is to create affordable, sustainable architectural design solutions by establishing a one-on-one relationship with our clients. We listen to their desires and offer appropriate solutions that address their individual functional needs and budget requirements. Through our designs, we are committed to creating a better built environment. c squared ARCHITECTS current projects include two LEED for Homes registered projects.

Corie Baker, AIA, LEED AP BD+C is Design Principal for c squared ARCHITECTS and is committed to providing the best services and design solutions for each clients' needs. She has been active in the green building community , serving in the past with the USGBC North Florida chapter on the Master Speaker Team and the Public Advocacy Committee and currently as a Board member and Vice Chair of the Chapter. Corie is also involved with the Urban Land Institute and is the current Chair for their Sustainability Committee. In addition, she served as Program Chair for Reality Check First Coast, a regional growth exercise that explored sustainable ways to accommodate the increased number of people and jobs that this region will see in the next 50 years. Corie is the Project Architect for what will be Duval County's first LEED certified hotel. Corie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a Master of Architecture from the University of Maryland. She is licensed in Florida and Georgia.

Courtney Mangum, AIA, LEED AP BD+C serves as Technical Principal for c squared ARCHITECTS and participates enthusiastically in each project that the firm handles. After relocating to Jacksonville from Charleston, SC, Courtney has sought out opportunities to be a part of the green building movement. She has been an active member of the USGBC North Florida chapter and currently serves as Team Leader of the Building Tours Team. Courtney was also on the project team that designed what will be Duval County's first LEED certified public school. Courtney received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee. She is registered in Florida.
