Bion Howard’s prior service includes U.S. EPA, helping design Energy Star Homes program; Alliance to Save Energy, and National Association of Home Builders, Washington, DC. Member: ASHRAE, ASES, National RESNET, and USGBC (serves on LEED TAG for Energy and Atmosphere). He holds BA and MS degrees in environmental studies.
