We work as contractors, designers, and consultants on residential new homes, renovations, and additions. We have experience building with SIPs (structural insulated panels), ICF (insulated concrete forms), advanced framing with spray foam, and some natural building methods (straw bale). Depending on clients needs, we may use geothermal hvac, solar pv (solar electricity), solar hot water, or radiant heat amongst many energy saving options. We source non-toxic products and always look for sustainable options when purchasing (i.e. local, renewable, recyclable).
We are currently building Nashville's first projected LEED Platinum new home and this regions first LEED Platinum projected renovation. Both projects should be certified by early summer of 2010.
